  • 1. Our Return Policy

    We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we are unable to process a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

  • 2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

    Certain items are non-returnable by nature. These include beauty and makeup products that have been opened or used, items purchased on sale or at a discounted price, and any product that has been customised or specially ordered. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating the process.

  • 3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a clear photo or video of the item along with your order number at harghar18@gmail.com. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. We take full responsibility for errors on our end

  • 4. How to Initiate a Return

    To start a return, simply email us at harghar18@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps. Please do not send items back without receiving confirmation from our team first, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

  • 5. Return Shipping

    If the return is due to a mistake on our part — such as a wrong or damaged item — we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely, as HarGhar is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

  • 6. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the order was placed. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

  • 7. Exchange Policy

    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer you a refund instead. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns — simply reach out to us at harghar18@gmail.com to get started.

  • 8. Order Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled without any issue. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through the standard return process after delivery
