We currently accept the following payment methods to make shopping as convenient as possible for our customers across Pakistan. You can pay using Cash on Delivery (COD), which means you pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. We also accept payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and direct bank transfer for customers who prefer to pay in advance. All available payment options will be displayed at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.
Cash on Delivery is our most popular payment option. You place your order, we deliver it to your door, and you pay in cash at the time of delivery. Please make sure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to make the process smooth for both you and our delivery team. Please note that HarGhar reserves the right to suspend COD service for customers with a history of cancelled or refused deliveries.
For customers who prefer to pay in advance, we accept payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. Once your order is placed, our team will share the payment details with you via WhatsApp or email. Your order will be confirmed and processed as soon as the payment is received and verified. Advance payments are given priority in processing and dispatching.
Your financial security is important to us. HarGhar does not store any of your payment details on our servers. All online transactions are processed through secure and trusted channels. We strongly advise you never to share your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN with anyone, including HarGhar representatives. We will never ask for your PIN or password under any circumstances.
Once your payment is received and verified, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email. If you have chosen Cash on Delivery, your order confirmation will be sent after our team has verified your order details. Please ensure your phone number is correct at the time of placing the order so we can reach you without any delays.
If you experience any issue while making a payment — such as a failed transaction, a double charge, or an amount deducted but no confirmation received — please contact us immediately at harghar18@gmail.com or reach out to us on WhatsApp. Share your transaction ID or screenshot along with your order details and we will resolve the issue within 24 to 48 hours.
All prices listed on the HarGhar website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any order that has already been confirmed will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
If your online payment fails or remains incomplete, your order will not be confirmed until the payment is successfully received. Please do not place a duplicate order in such cases. Instead, contact our support team and we will guide you through completing your payment or placing a fresh order if needed.
If you are eligible for a refund and had paid online in advance, the refund will be processed back to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account within 5 to 7 business days after your return or cancellation is approved.
